We travel west along Highway 401 to London regularly for interior repaints, exterior work and commercial projects. London homeowners get the same promise as everywhere we work: a free on-site estimate, a fixed-price written quote, careful prep and premium paint, finished on the dates we commit to.
London has a wide mix of homes, from Victorian and Edwardian houses in Old North, Wortley Village and Old East to post-war bungalows, side-splits and newer subdivisions in Byron, Hyde Park and the north end. Older homes often need plaster repair and stain-blocking primer, while side-splits and bungalows being prepared for sale benefit from fresh, neutral walls and ceilings throughout. We also paint rental properties near Western University and Fanshawe College.
As a guide: a single bedroom is $400–$700, a full main floor is $2,500–$4,500 and a whole-house exterior is $5,500–$11,000. Every job starts with a free on-site visit and a fixed-price written quote. HST is extra.
